Zeiss CZI reader bug

Bioformat can’t read the CZI file With the lastest version 6.1.1 :

They will probably need more information about the file to be able to help you. I know most of my CZI files work, while 8bit RGB files still end up warped. I think you can also request an FTP link for upload via the mailing list.

Hi @pmailly, thank you for reporting the issue, as mentioned we will need to test the file in order to learn more about the exception and what is causing it. If you any files < 2GB which are showing the same issue you can upload them to https://www.openmicroscopy.org/qa2/qa/upload/ for testing. Otherwise for files > 2GB if yu send me a PM with your name and email address then I will arrange FTP details for you to transfer the file.
