Using TrakEM Lasso on Mac

Hi Everyone

I’m a newbie to EM image analysis and am learning to segment 2D images with TrakEM (recommended by my EM collaborator). In Cardona et al. 2012 and the online manual I learned about the lasso tool for semi-automated segmentation but I can’t seem to make it work on my Mac and coudn’t find any thread on OS specificity.

I’m grateful if anyone has a clue how I can make the lasso tool work. I need to segment organelles on app 300 cells. Anything that makes this process more efficient would be great.

Do you mean this lasso tool?

Were you able to install it? What exactly doesn’t work about it? Just be a bit more specific with what you have tried exactly…
