Using a java plugin, some operations do not show in "recorder"

I’m using a plugin “oval profile”. Works great but it produces data in some sort of an interactive graph; I’m unfortunately unsure of anything more specific to refer to it. This interactive graph is not fully integrated with FIJI’s recorder system. I want to create a macro that allows me to save the data in the graph but not the graph itself but when I do that, the operation does not show up on the recorder.

Any thoughts on how I might automate this aspect?

not all ImageJ-PlugIns are macro recordable.

However, if the PlugIn you are referring to produces an ImageJ-plot, then it may be possible to retrive the underlying data by using the macro call

Plot.getValues(x, y);
