Trackmate bug when loading xml file - frozen points on the first frame

Dear Trackmate developers,

I ahve an issue after loading a trackmate file. I can retrieve my TrackScheme with the tracks I was working on however my stack is doesn’t go from one time frame to the next and only the first point of the track is displayed. Do you have any idea of what is happening. I don’t think there was any update between the time I saved the file and now. There is no error message. I can’t add more points to the TrackScheme…

Hi @mpierron

This looks like a classical dimensionality problem. Is your image a Z-stack (1 time-point many Z slices) after loading?

Dear Jean Yves,

Your question for enough for me to solve the problem! It was in fact considered as multiple slices instead of multiple frames. Just changing the properties solved the problem.
