Tracked object position data

Hi,

I’m trying to use DLC to track arm movement in 3D. So I’d like to know for example how fast the arm goes, meaning I need the data of the position of the tracked objects.

But where do I find the data of the tracked points for each frame? Would it be the .h5 and the .pickle files that are created when the labeled video is made? (Also, will this be in pixels?)

Thanks

When analyzing the data there is an option to export as csv, this can be seen in the user manual
For each frame the x:y coordinates are recorded in this file.

Hi,

The csv only gives 2d co-ordinates. Is there any way to export the final 3d co-ordinates after triangulation? I mean the co-ordinates used in the final 3d plot.
Thanks

I promise the file that includes …“scorer_3d.h5” includes the Z information (we use this function daily).

Here, for example, is the code that uses this 3d file to plot in 3d space, which calls the “z” in the file: https://github.com/AlexEMG/DeepLabCut/blob/de35651835f8e3e59d09b2533fa6f88ab64ff449/deeplabcut/pose_estimation_3d/plotting3D.py#L212
