Strange image after gaussianBlur3D

Sorry, I found the problem. It was the source image open by bio-format which have a problem.
Hi,
After a call to a gaussianBlur3D in java
ClearCLBuffer imgIn = clij2.push(img);
ClearCLBuffer imgOut = clij2.create(imgIn);
clij2.gaussianBlur3D(imgIn, imgOut, sizeX, sizeY, sizeZ);
ImagePlus imgG = clij2.pull(imgOut);
I got a image as :
image
image
What’s wrong!
If I did the same filter through ImageJ plugin menu I didn’t have this image.
Thanks
Philippe

Hey @pmailly

Did clij process the image differently depending on if the image was opened using bioformats versus ImageJ? If yes, I’d like to take a closer look at the file.

Let me know how I can help further :slight_smile:

Cheers,
Robert

No as I said there was a mistake with the original image probably with a bad nd file. The gaussianBlur3D works nice.

Thanks.

Philippe
