SQLite Limitations


sorry, probably this has been asked already, but i was not able to find it…

could you please tell me what are the limitations of the sqlite approach?

for example what happens if the .db file becomes 1GB, 10GB, 100GB? will it still work?

Performance-wise, it’s pretty amazing how fast it is, however, I should mention that you can probably expect write operations to be slower than they are for MySQL (ie: saving a table to the database) because the SQLite syntax doesn’t allow us to insert more than one row per query.
