Specify number of cores?

Is there a way to specify the number of cores (or the amount of memory) for BiofilmQ to use?
Currently, the program is using only very limited ressources, even though more are available.

I’ve realized that it might just be during import that this problem occurs.
During segmentation, it seems that BQ automatically chooses available threads.

Hi Mark,

you are absolutely right - BiofilmQ makes use of multiple cores during specific steps of the processing pipeline to speed up the calculations, however this is not the case for all tasks. Btw, if you´re using BiofilmQ with Matlab, you can also change your preferences regarding the parallel pool usage in Matlab itself to optimize performance (for example change the number of cores used or the idle time before the pool is shut down).
