Separate label id for each image

Dear All,

I have 600 images and want to create 3 landmarks for each images. For the first image I am getting the landmarks 1 to 3, but from the second image it is giving 4 to 6 and for the third 6-9 and so on. But I want 1 to 3 landmarks for each image i.e.,

Image id land mark Coordinate X Coordinate Y
1 1 12 23
1 2 15 23
1 3 36 66
2 1 23 58
2 2 12 22
2 3 12 22
3 1 26 56
3 2 23 62
3 3 82 15

Can anyone give me a hint about this?

Many thanks in advance.

Why do they need to be number 1,2,3 for each image? The likely reason this is happening is that it is probably using the multi-point tool which counts continuously even if distributed between different images. I you want them separate, you probably need to save the coordinates and then clear the selection (run(“Select None”)) before moving to the next image.

Dear Andrew,

Many thanks for you reply. We want label 1,2,3 for each image because, we are using some programming code to calculate the length of shrimp.
I have followed your commands to create separate id, but still does not work. It looks like this-
Id Label Area Mean SD Min Max X Y Slice Counter Count
1 test_image_G1T1701 (1):G1T1701_149_10_A7 0 118 0 118 118 140 120 1 0 3
2 test_image_G1T1701 (1):G1T1701_149_10_A7 0 51 0 51 51 669 130 1 0 3
3 test_image_G1T1701 (1):G1T1701_149_10_A7 0 147 0 147 147 784 165 1 0 3
4 test_image_G1T1701 (1):G1T1701_149_10_A7 0 79 0 79 79 388 111 2 0 3
5 test_image_G1T1701 (1):G1T1701_149_10_A7 0 69 0 69 69 348 193 2 0 3
6 test_image_G1T1701 (1):G1T1701_149_10_A7 0 52 0 52 52 404 187 2 0 3
7 test_image_G1T1701 (1):G1T1701_149_10_A7 0 85 0 85 85 409 105 3 0 3
8 test_image_G1T1701 (1):G1T1701_149_10_A7 0 29 0 29 29 432 180 3 0 3
9 test_image_G1T1701 (1):G1T1701_149_10_A7 0 80 0 80 80 503 88 3 0 3

Do you have any other idea?

Best regards,
Mehedi

Could you provide more information on what your code is doing, or even the code itself? It is difficult to provide a solution when it isn’t clear what needs to be done with the data.
