Hi imaging data science community,
The Chan Zuckerberg Biohub is looking for a great Ph.D.-level scientist to join our Cell Atlas team. Come help us build and analyze one of the biggest datasets of live cell fluorescence images from endogenously CRISPR-tagged cell lines. We are looking for someone with strong analytic skills in Python, experience in cell biology and a good understanding of optics and microscopes. The ideal candidate is a big data enthusiast with an interest in building visualization solutions on top of doing quantitative analysis.
The Biohub is a very collaborative group of biologists, engineers, microscope builders, data scientists and mathematicians interested in solving big problems with new ideas and new technologies. We also collaborate with many labs at UCSF, Berkeley and Stanford as part of a rich scientific community.
