Save deconvolved hematoxylin as separate image

Given an image, QuPath nicely estimates stain vectors and deconvolves the image. I’d like to save the deconvolved images as separate files. How would I go about this?

Thank you!

It depends a lot how big your images are / how big the regions you want you want to export.

You can send small(ish) regions to ImageJ through the user interface and save them as TIFF. But writing a pyramidal whole slide image at full resolution would be considerably more awkward - and the resulting image would be 32-bit floating point and probably not supported in very many software applications.
