ROI selection not appearing in tiff when inserting tiff as picture in powerpoint

Hi All
i am preparing figures for manuscript and
for all my images; there is a ROI selection for linescan.
I want my tiff images to appear with the ROI selection when i insert them into powerpoint for figures preparation

i tried the following:
1- create ROI with line and add to ROI manager
2-image >>overlay>> from roi manager
3- save as tiff (RGB)
4- (within powerpoint): insert picture

however, the image inserted in my powerpoint lacks all the ROI i denoted.

hope to hear for suggestions soon as my deadline is coming…

Use Image>Overlay>Flatten or Plugins>Utilities>Capture Image to create an RGB image that can be exported to PowerPoint.
