RNA Scope Analysis using QPath

Hello everyone. I am looking for some advice for analysing RNA Scope scanned slides using QuPath software. Has anyone done this before - is it possible? Could you possibly offer some advice for a novice to this software?

I would recommend searching the forum for Qupath RNAscope, or subcellular detections. There have been a few posts about varying aspects of those kinds of analyses. Some will be brightfield and others fluorescence. One was posted yesterday I think.

Can you elaborate on what you are trying to accomplish? Also, are you looking at brightfield or fluorescence images?

Dear S_Ram,

Thanks for your message. These are brightfield images - the RNA Scope staining is chromogenic (DAB) with haematoxylin used as nuclear stain. What I want to do is quantitate the DAB staining - I would like to investigate the number of ‘spots’ per cell and in a defined area of tissue.
