I would like to use the Multiple Image Processor in order to analyze several hundreds of images. Unfortunately, the processor doesn’t write one result table and, additionally, all result tables are closed after the process. In my macro I wrote that the result table should be “display(ed)” and not “clear(ed)” after each run. When I analyze the images manually this problem doesn’t occur. Is it possible that this problem is related to the MIP? Should I rather use a different feature to do batch processing or how can I fix this?
Thank you a lot for your help!
Many Greetings Katie
Here is an extract of my macro:
run(“Convert to Mask”);
run(“Set Measurements…”, “area bounding shape feret’s limit display add redirect=None decimal=3”);
run(“Analyze Particles…”, " circularity=0.00-1.00 display exclude");
