Question about draw_skeleton command

Is it possible to save the vectors which were calculated for the “draw_skeleton” command to an .h5 file as a set of coordinates or some sort of data output file? I would like to use the “skeleton” line from two specific points so that I may make some calculations in regards to angle of rotation throughout our behavioral data.

Thanks!

we discussed on gitter recently that some people might want to save this, although you can of course easily compute the distance post-hoc between two or more points. If you want to edit the code, it is here: https://github.com/AlexEMG/DeepLabCut/blob/a193431dd343e4f2c17b1acab2260636e373dc96/deeplabcut/utils/make_labeled_video.py#L101

Here is an notebook that would get you started on the post-hoc option: https://github.com/AlexEMG/DLCutils/blob/master/Demo_loadandanalyzeDLCdata.ipynb

Thank you very much for your insight! I will take a look.
