Problems with running the Adapt plugin

We used the ADAPT Plugin in Fiji @djpbarry properly, but an error message below was displayed in the newest version of Fiji/Image J (2.1.0/1.53c; Java 1.8.0_172).
How can we solve it?

Hi @bonnginn,

Thanks for flagging this. I believe I know what the issue is and should be able to address it over the next few days.

Bear with me - I’ll post an update here when I’ve resolved the issue.

Dear @djpbarry

Thank you for your reply and all your efforts to the macro.
I’m looking forward to resolving the issue.

Best regards,

Hi @bonnginn,

The issue should be resolved now - long story short, there was a conflict between two different versions of the same jar file.

If you update FIJI, everything should run as it used to.

Hi @djpbarry ,

Thank you for fixing it!
The macro runs properly as it used to.
It is a great macro for analyzing cell shape changes!
