Problem with startup custom macros

Hi,
I want the code editor to start when Fiji starts.
So basically, I added the following line in the Startup script:

run("Macro");

But I get the following error at each startup:

It works, but this error window is quite annoying.

Is there a reason and a way around this?
Thanks.
