Pixel Classification Very Slow, Not Responding

Hi,
I’ve been trying to use your Pixel classification and Object classification on ilastik, but I keep having issues with the pixel classification getting stuck at 80% when checking the live update, then not responding, then ultimately closing my progress.

My file is a z stack converted to an h5df file to use. I need to use the 3D functions. Just wondering what else I can do to help with my issue?

Did you by any chance add a lot of annotations? This makes training very long and does not necessarily help training a better classifier.
