Overlay outlines bug?

Hi there CP experts –
There seems to be a bug in CP2 overlay outline (?): the attached images were generated the same way,

once with “outline display mode”: color - I wanted to get my outlines in color on the CM image, but I get this weird montage (in red, on the right)

Second with “outline display mode”: grayscale – I get what I want, but no colors (there are 3 different outlines on the image).

Please advise,

Hi Noga,
Would you mind posting a sample CM, Ki67 and DAPI set of images? I can’t seem to replicate the behavior that you’re seeing= with my own sample images…
