Opening Cellprofiler 3.1.8 Opens Command Window

Hi,

Just downloaded CellProfiler 3.1.8 on windows 10 pro. When I attempt to open CellProfiler it opens a black command prompt window.

Has anyone had this issue and know a work around?

This is not an issue. It’s normal process. When you do some analysis with the cellprofiler, there will be some things going on in the cmd window.
