Open position: Deep learning to fight heart disease
Our lab develops experimental and computational imaging approaches for biomedical research. We analyze microscopy images from the scale of molecules to cells and organisms, obtained either by us or collaborators, and some of our projects rely heavily on deep learning (see e.g. our ANNAPALM project).
We have an open position to develop deep learning methods for the diagnosis of cardiac diseases in mouse models and clinical data and to analyze cellular models of cardiac disease. The position is funded for two years (one year renewable) as part of a project in collaboration with F. Raimondi, S. Meilhac and T. Wai supported by the Inception program.
