Open a .jar plugin in Fiji

I want to use TrakEM2 in Fiji to overlay serial sections of tissues manually. I see a trakEM2_-1.3.2.jar in the plugin folder of Fiji, but I can’t seem to use it in the software. If I do "Plugins-> Macro-> Run-> and I select the file, it says “Undefined Variable in Line 1”.

Any advice?

Welcome to the forum!

You can run TrakEM2 from Fiji with either:
File > New > TrakEM2 (blank)
File > New > TrakEM2 (from template)

The search bar at the bottom right of the fiji window is helpful for stuff like this. If I start typing in there Trakbrings up the menu options I mentioned above.
