Not able to create new DLC project

Hello,

I am new to using Deeplabcut and am currently having trouble with creating a new project. In the screenshot attached to this email, I tried creating a new project as per what is specified in the documentation, but as you can see, this did not work. The path I specified is correct, so I’m not sure what is going on. Do you have any suggestions? Also, note that I’m a Mac user.

Hi Vishal,
I could imagine that the issue is having parenthesis in the file name, as it is known to generate some errors with bash/zsh (e.g. https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/125776/error-with-a-file-name-containing-parentheses). Please let me know if removing them helps. :slight_smile:
