NegativeArraySizeException 3D Stitching

Any ideas about what the issue might be? I’ve had no problems in the past using the same size data sets and doing this operation. They only difference in this and the hundreds of other times I’ve used this was that I had to rotate one of the image stacks and save it before trying to stitch. That stack is 11GB and the other is an already stitched stack that is 30GB. This is typical for what I do. Here is the error message:

(Fiji Is Just) ImageJ 2.0.0-rc-69/1.52p; Java 1.8.0_172 [64-bit]; Windows 10 10.0; 48526MB of 196295MB (24%)

Figured out the answer myself. I was stitching two stacks and then trying to stitch a third to the fused stack without closing the fused stack and reopening it.
