I’m running a Multiview fusion, using bigstitcher, of a zeiss lightsheet acquired dataset.
This dataset has 3 views, all of each are illuminated on both sides, but for 2 of the views only one illumination is good. Therefore I would like to delete the other one.
My question is what would be the best way to do this. For now I’ve tried to resave the dataset within ZEN software with only the data that I’m interested in (so, one illumination for 2 views, and a zen fused illumination for the 3rd view) but with this I loose the angle information for each view (which I add manually later as a transformation).
I also used the ‘select illuminations’ within bigsticher tools. However this deletes one illumination per view, even though for one of the views both illuminations are good.
Please let me know if you have a better way to do this!
