Measure distance between two differents objects

How to measure the distance between two differents kind of objects.
Example : object1= bacteria and object2=endo reticulum
With “MeasureObjectNeighbor” I only can compute the neighbors between one categorie of objects.

I hope it 's clear, maybe not ?

Hi Sylvain,

Using MeasureObjectNeighbors between two different objects is not possible in the current release version. However we have implemented this functionality in more recent versions. You can try a “bleeding-edge” version here:
github.com/CellProfiler/CellPro … TrunkBuild
(Please read the caveats!)

Note that 2.0 more closely matches the user interface and functionality of the current release versus 2.1, and they both contain this particular upgrade.
