Manually identify nuclei in ImageJ for other software such as Definiens

Is there some way that I can manually identify nuclei in ImageJ (by drawing multiple ROIs for example), and then use these ROIs in other software such as Definiens Tissue Studio? Perhaps I can somehow import the manual ROIs I created to have the nuclei identified in Definiens Tissue Studio?

ImageJ exports ROIs to a custom binary format, which would be difficult to import into any other software.

However, depending on the type of ROIs you have, you might be able to create a Results Table which includes the statistics you need (such as XY coordinates) which you could then save as CSV or similar, for import into other software.
