Making phase shift process

Hello imageJ users
I´m doing a cientifical iniciation and I would know if someone can help me with this process. Today I use another software (Idea) to do this:
• Phase -Shift – Four Frame Technique
• Phase – Unwrap with Branchcut Method – Nearest Neighbour Branchcuts
• View – Change Color Palette – Gray
• File – Save as – BPM
but I want to know if there is a way to do this inside ImageJ because I would like to save time and include this process to my macro.
Feedback is welcome and utill now, I thank you guys.

Can you explain a bit more what
Phase -Shift – Four Frame Technique
etc. is doing, what the goal of your measurement is, how your data look like and - in case this is important - something about your current workflow.

Of couse I can. I´m working with moiré process, so I use the ImageJ to take the imagens, trasnform in 8 bits, make stacks, subtract one image to the other (there are 4 images in this part) and use the gaussian blur to vanish the frames. After this I use the idea to resconstruct the imageWhatsApp Image 2020-04-02 at 16.42.59 just like in this picture, I´m trying to do the stage d in the imageJ, but I don´t know how.
