Machine learning segmentation

Hi,

Is it possible to perform image segmentation using some kind of machine learning? Is there any plugin for CellProfiler that could be used for this purpose?
I am using basic histological stains such as hematoxylin-eosin, May-Grunwald Giemsa, methylene-blue, etc…

Hi @ivan000,

CellProfiler does currently support using probability maps generated by Ilastik, which provides pixel-based classification for segmentation.
