Looking for the guideline of micromanager bsh to control camera

I am trying to write a bsh command to control my camera to take a photo of one area the save the captured photo in specific address with a specific name.

Is it possible that I can use java code to call micromanager to run a bsh file to do an operation.

If you run Java code, you can use the Micro-Manager API directly, as it is written in Java. Can you explain in a bit more detail what you try to do?
