Loading image with all layers visibility set to False

Hi everyone,

Another quick question. How do I load a multi-channel image with all the layers’ visibility set to false? I have about 40+ layers. I tried the following but that does not seem to work.

viewer = napari.view_image(
    im,
    channel_axis=1,
    name=adata.uns['all_markers'],
    metadata={'visible': False}
)

Thank you in advance,
Ajit.

for that you can just set visible=False … note, the metadata dict there is just a place to put any image-specific metadata that you might need… it’s not something that napari uses. For a list of all the valid arguments that you can pass to napari.view_image, check the docstring (or, if you’re in IPython, just enter napari.view_image? )

Thank you very much.
