Libdcmdata.so cannot open shared object file

Dear Fiji community

I am trying to register two images I took on a reference brain. For doing this I am using fiji for Linux, but I get the following error when I try to run the script generated by the GUI.

script.sh

#!/bin/sh
# 2021-03-31_16.02.22
cd "/home/tedwu/Desktop/yourregistrationfolder"
"/home/tedwu/Documents/opt/fiji-linux64/Fiji.app/bin/cmtk/munger" -b "/home/tedwu/Documents/opt/fiji-linux64/Fiji.app/bin/cmtk" -a -w -r 010203  -X 26 -C 8 -G 80 -R 4 -A '--accuracy 0.4' -W '--accuracy 0.4'  -T 2 -s "refbrain/refbrain.nrrd" images

Environment

Ubuntu 20.04
gcc 9.3.0-17ubuntu1~20.04
g++ 9.3.0-17ubuntu1~20.04

I got Fiji by going here Fiji - ImageJ and getting the Linux 64 bits version. Then I just run on my terminal ImageJ-linux64, a binary shippe on the .tar.gz I downloaded.
I created the script by going to Plugins > CMTK registration > CMTK registration GUI and filling the parameters that I needed.

I have tried installing libdcmtk-dev (sudo apt install libdcmtk-dev) but it’s still not working. I also found this thread NITRC: Computational Morphometry Toolkit (CMTK): users on the CMTK forum, of a user having the same issue, but it’s not clear to me how he solved it. And the CMTK devs recommend opening a thread here for this issue.

Can you please help me out?
Thank you
