Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging (LSCI) processing

Hi all,

I am interested in applying the principles used in Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging (LSCI) to a similar imaging modality. A Google search, PubMed search, and a search of this forum led me to no results. I have data sets to work with and could probably write a script to perform the analysis, but before I reinvent the wheel I wanted to see if LSCI processing had been done in ImageJ/FIJI before (i.e. is there a plugin or script of some kind already developed for LSCI post-processing?).

Unfortunatly plugins are not well referenced by those search engines.
You can check the list of ImageJ1 plugin at
https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/plugins/

Otherwise the built-in search bar of Fiji allows to search the imageJ.net website where some plugins are documented and the forum too.
However it seems that there is no hit there neither.
