Postdoctoral Researcher or Staff Scientist to work on quantitative analysis of live fluorescence microscopy imaging data of cellular and developmental processes. 50-100 %
To study these dynamic biological systems, the lab uses high-end time-resolved 3D fluorescence imaging in the intact, living organism, in combination with modern genetic, biochemical, molecular biological and biophysical tools. A central goal is to integrate tissue-, cell- and sub-cellular scale analysis in order to understand the interplay of the relevant mechanisms.

Develop and implement new image analysis solutions and improve/adapt the existing ones. Collaborate with biologists on several research projects.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic researcher to join our research group. The candidate should have a strong background in quantitative image analysis and statistics, and ideally have experience with AI. He/she should be able to work independently while being a good team player. Experience with fluorescence microscopy is an asset. Candidates can hold a PhD in Mathematics, Informatics, Engineering, Biophysics, Biochemistry, Biology or related areas.
