Issue with a Button @Parameter

Dear Community,

I’m having some trouble with defining one “@Parameter” in my command.

The culprit is this one :

@Parameter( label = "Read Documentation", callback = "openDoc", required = false, persist = false)
private Button docButton;

That opens a web page with some documentation.

The plugin/command works fine BUT if I call the plugin with IJ.run( … )
I have a pop-up window containing only this button and an OK button.

Is there a way to avoid this window popping up when running the script ?

Thank you for your help !

Best,

Romain

Hi folks,

I just saw the @Christian_Tischer 's post regarding a similar (yet different) issue and I realized it might be easier if you have access to the code, which is here :

and the corresponding macro

run("Kheops - Pyramidal OME", "input_path=D:\ input\mitosis-1t.tif output_dir=D:\output\ pyramidresolution=3 pyramidscale=2 tilesize=64 bigtiff=true");

I also tried to add the corresponding docButton to the macro without any succes

run("Kheops - Pyramidal OME", "docButton input_path=D:\ input\mitosis-1t.tif output_dir=D:\output\ pyramidresolution=3 pyramidscale=2 tilesize=64 bigtiff=true");

Thank you again for your help,

Romain

Did you try docButton=null as well? (Just guessing, I didn’t try myself yet.)

I tried with docButton=true or false but I didn’t think about null.

So I tried and it doesn’t work either, the button is still here.
