Is there an op doing (rolling ball) background subtraction like ImageJ1?

I could not find such an op. Is there an Op that implements this, or is it planned to be written?

we have an issue sitting around on that topic: https://github.com/imagej/imagej-ops/issues/56. As far as I know, no one has picked that up yet.
