Introducing the Image Data Explorer

Dear community,

I would like to draw your attention to the Image Data Explorer. The Image Data Explorer is a Shiny app that allows the interactive visualization of images and ROIs associated with data points shown in a scatter plot. If you need to explore the relationships between images, ROIs and derived data, I hope you’ll find the Image Data Explorer useful.

I can’t find a link to download the software on the Image Data Explorer page you listed. Please supply an exact download link.

There is no binary executable if that’s what you were looking for. The link I gave is to a git repository. Installation instructions are in the text shown on the page. You may have to scroll down a bit. You can also download releases in zip format from the Releases menu (on the left hand side of the page).

I downloaded the release ZIP directory, unzipped it, but found no exe file in the package.

You can find the exe file (for the R language and specifically Rscript.exe) at one of these two links:

It could be a great new entry on the BISE repository !
I let you @jkh1 tag it

Is there a YouTube video or an introductory web page with some screenshots and a capability description?

There’s no video. The README file serves as introduction. It has a description of the functionality and now has a screenshot.
