Improve Image Resolution for weka segmentation

I’m using the trainable weka segmentation and I am using an image that is about 300MB (1760x1760 pixels).
The image gets pixelated when I zoom in.
I am trying to classify yellow pigment cells, but when I hit “Train Classifier”, the program cannot pick up the other nearby yellow colored cells.

Is there a way to improve the resolution or any other possible changes to resolve this issue?

hello Seulbs,
You could try to use Image > Color > Split channels. and then use Merge Channels using only the red and green channels. This will show you the only pixels of yellow.
