Importing Columbus/ Harmony segmented image into Cell Profiler

Hi guys,

Newbie here to ask.

I really like the segmentation result by PerkinElmer Harmony, so far for my stuff Cell Profiler’s cell segmentation is not quite there yet. Is there anyway I can do my segmentation in PerkinElmer and export that and read in cell profiler?

Yes this sounds like a no brainer, but this saves $ to keep many licences and expand processing power in the lab…

Hi Mark

If you can save each object as an individual binary image then cell profiler can accept these to keep the segmentation. I don’t have experience with harmony so it depends on what outputs you can save.
