Hi, I am trying to use the interactive version of the NeurphologyJ plugin for ImageJ found at this website: https://hwangeric5.wixsite.com/erichwanglab/neurphologyj
I cannot get the attachment points and endpoints to be generated; I get a value of 1 for both in a summary table(attached).
I also saw no green dots (=attachment and endpoints) in my final composite image and got a macro error (attached).
I’ve also attached a debug log (attached).
Does anyone know how to fix this?
