Image J CRASH while uploading JAVA updates

While uploading JAVA updates, Image-J crashed and I cannot even install FIJI. I receive the message:

the action "C:\Users\MRIGA~1.MD\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EXa0.075\\ImageJ-win64.exe" cannot be performed

When trying to install JAVA, I received the message:

# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
# java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: requested 65552 bytes for Chunk::new. Out of swap space?
#  Internal Error (allocation.cpp:272), pid=11328, tid=7420
#  Error: Chunk::new
# JRE version: 6.0_24-b07
# Java VM: Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (19.1-b02 mixed mode windows-amd64 compressed oops)

Can somebody advise me what to do?

This path suggests to me you’re trying to run Fiji from within a compressed zip/rar file. You should first unzip the full package, then start the ImageJ-win64.exe launcher.

The downloads contain a bundled Java 8, so it should not be necessary that you install Java yourself.
