I was trying to build an ilastik pipeline to classify the bacteria in my images and recently this error started to pop up:
I tried to go to the text but I do not understand what it is telling me or how the error came to be because the pipeline was working just fine before. If anyone knows what is going on or how to fix it I would really appreciate the input.

From the screenshots I take it that you are using pixel classification with multiple training images. It would be very helpful if we could reproduce this error on our side. Do you remember roughly what you did in ilastik, or were you training for a longer time (then I guess it’s difficult to reproduce the circumstances). From the error massage I can see it happens during saving the labels. Any more details would help!

Yes I am using pixel classification with multiple training images. So this error has come up twice for me, once when I tried to add new training images to an already existing classifier. It came out of nowhere when I was finishing training that data set. I didn’t know what to do so I started from scratch again and when I was almost finishing up this new one this error popped again. I did take a longer time training the new classifier, could that be the reason for the error popping up? The error popped up this time when I continued to train the classifier and when I tried to save my training.
