Ilastik anisotropic 3D image pixel classification

When the Z-resolution is different from the XY resolution, how do we define the voxel scales in ilastik, in order to for it to work correctly? I search the documentation, but was not able to find the information. My goal is to do 3D pixel classification. Thanks!

Hi Mark,

ilastik does not allow for anisotropic filters (yet). We had a lot of success just ignoring the anisotropy and computing the filters with the same sigma in all directions, even for data with z-resolution 10 times worse than xy. If you have too few z slices for larger sigmas, make these filters 2D and the smaller ones 3D.
