Identify Objects in Grid Error

Hi all,

First thanks for the program, I’ve only started working with it but thus far it’s great! I’m currently using it to analyze yeast patches much like the example. My issue is when I try to identifying objects in a grid as Circle Natural Locations, I get this error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File “/Users/thouis/CPVENV_254/CellProfiler/cellprofiler/pipeline.py”, line 302, in run
File “/Users/thouis/CPVENV_254/CellProfiler/cellprofiler/modules/identifyobjectsingrid.py”, line 221, in run
File “/Users/thouis/CPVENV_254/CellProfiler/cellprofiler/modules/identifyobjectsingrid.py”, line 310, in run_natural_circle
IndexError: index 95 out of bounds 0<=index<95

My pipeline works correctly when Using Circle Forced Location, or Natural Shape Location so I’m a little confused. I’m currently running v.9777 of CellProfiler 2.0 on a Mac OS X 10.5.

Thanks,
