I’m new to this software.
A lot of people are using this software to get facial width to height ratio, but I really don’t know how to make it.
Any suggestions can help.
Check out this post with lots of helpful links to get started with Imagej:
Regarding your problem, it’s one of those that is simple but likely not easy. There are two main steps:
- Separate the face from the background (this is called segmentation - see links in previous link)
- Measure the object you’ve segmented to get the distances you require (probably something like an ellipse fit would be the easiest way to get perpendicular measures).
If you get to know imageJ / Fiji and start running into problems with step 1, please post back with some example images, explaining what you’ve tried and I’m sure there will be pleny of people happy to offer suggestions.
