How to perform Leica LAS X's smooth rendering function in ImageJ?

Hi all,

Currently, I am working with images taken from Leica’s STED microscopy. In their software, LAS X, I can enable smooth rendering. I am wondering if there is a similar function as smooth rendering in LAS X I can perform in ImageJ?

Hi @derekchang,

You can try applying various filters on your z-stacks.
Like: Gaussian, Median, Mean, etc.

Process>Filters>
