I would like to open a raw (float) image file from command line but I have not found out how to do that… i.e. I would like to do something like “imagej -open myfile raw width height float bigendian”
Some follow up questions:
- What do you want to do after you open the image? Display it? Process it?
- Do you really have to use the command line? Would using a fiji script / or script interpreter be acceptable?
If you really must use the command line, I think it will be most convenient for you to write an imagej-2 style script and call it from the command line as described here.
