How to compute object distribution homogeneity (entropy) and textural features on binary image? What plugins are good?

The ImageJ Ops library also includes support for computing many kinds of features, including Haralick, thanks to the hard work of @dietzc! E.g.:

Hello folks,

I have been calculating texture features on quite a variety of images now (the R package @Bio7 linked to ) and would like to get more understanding.

Does anyone know whether there exists an image reference set / database, where texture features are known (calculated using known angle and step/window size)?
