Hi
Is this what you want?
If so, then you have to use the following plugin : RBG to CMYK

Test Plantation.tif (499.7 KB)

Hi Mathew,

Thanks for the answer. Up to the threshold I know how to do, my doubt is to turn this thresrold into a line.

Do you want this?
Can you show us exactly what you want?Line.tif (166.6 KB)

Let me tell you what I did and what I want. I flew a soybean area with the drone. I got the rgb photos. I counted them using find maxima. but as you can see in the photo, the tool has identified non-plant off-line points. What I want to do is make a line and then delete very close points on and off that line. I would like to make equal to the red line of the attached file.

Made me understand?

Hello Breno and Mathew,
You may want to try Image > Color > Split channels and then Process > Image Expression Parser
Use the equation 1-((AA)/(BB)) with red channel as ‘A’ and green channel as ‘B’. this should highlight only the plants in the image.
