HDR (High Dynamic Range) screen for ImageJ/FIJI

Hi everyone, my supervisor has tasked me with putting together a hardware list for our new image processing workstation and I was wondering whether it would be a good idea to spend money on a HDR display capable of showing 10bits per color compared to regular monitors being limited to 6 or 8 bits per color. We work with fluorescence microscopy and our detectors acquire data at 13bits per channel. My reasoning is that a display capable of properly showing very bright and dark areas at the same time would help distinguishing finer details in our data without playing too much with the B&C slider.

I am not a super expert on this but we would be working in a windows (10) environment so the support from the operative system should be baked in, but what about ImageJ or FIJI?
